Choc Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoons Nesquik chocolate milk powder

Blend the banana, skim milk, peanut butter, and chocolate powder in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass to serve chilled.
