High Protein Pancakes

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop whey protein concentrate


Mash banana on a plate using a fork until it goes gooey. Crack two eggs into a bowl. Add in 1 scoop of protein powder. Whisk it all together using a fork. Spray a pan with cooking spray and place on a medium-high heat. Scoop in the pancake batter and cook till browned on one side, then flip and repeat. Serve the pancakes with your choice of toppings, such as berries and honey.
