Baffling Broccoli Salad

  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 3/4 mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar


In a bowl, combine the broccoli, cheese, bacon, onion and raisins (optional). In another bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. (Serves 2)
