Delicious Avo Dip

  • 1 tub low fat plain cottage cheese
  • 1 cup low fat mayonnaise
  • ½ onion grated
  • ¼ cup grated gherkin
  • 2 mashed avocado pears
  • 1 tin drained chopped mussels
  • Salt and pepper to taste


In a bowl mix the low fat cottage cheese and low fat mayonnaise together.
Then add all the remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
